i cant print the form but i want to do it can i just email it?

Wendy: If you want to be on pen pal lists, yes, just complete the kids pal form online. But if you want your own list of pen pals, you need to send it back to me. You can print it, scan it, and email it back to me.. but most people send it via postal mail after they complete it, with the $5 fee. You do need to sign it, and your parents sign their approval too... so you do need to print it out. I hope this helps.
