Margo Black from Northern Ireland
by Francia Clavecillas
One day in 1963, I got a letter from Northern Ireland. Margo Black was someone who was writing me as a pen pal. I was thrilled, of course. We were exchanging about my life as a student. Somewhere in my college days, we lost track of each other.
In 1985, I got the rare chance of going to Northern Ireland - to Derry. It was a brief stay. But while there I was thinking of Margo. The internet wasn't popular then so there was no way I could search for her through the internet. I just wished Margo well. She is my friend.
How I wish to get in touch with her again; I want to know how things are with her now.
I stumbled on this site this morning through the SBI! forum as I am an SBI affiliate. The Friendship-by-Mail site is great for building bridges in the world!....Francia Clavecillas
