Lost penpal: Vincent Pasqual (?), Arques, France near Calais

Vincent Pasqual (Although there surname may be wrong) he was my first French Exchange Student from a school in Arques, France, near Calais, around 1986/87. I remember he had two sisters at the time one called Emily and another called Peggy. He came to stay with my family from Egerton Park School in Denton, Manchester, UK.
