Long Letters or Short Letters:

I don't mind either way as I think the personality of the person & content of the letter is more important than how it's done.

As someone with crippling Rheumatoid/Osteo Arthritis "all over" including fingers I HAVE to type as I can't grip a pen too long but, as an Acting Assistant Manager & Acting Manager for an Animal Charity, I often have to write by hand so keep it as short & readable as possible!
