what if my mom can't send the form and money in and it's been 3 months and we still can't get the money because we have 8 people living in my house and it's hard to get the form and money?

Wendy: You can still complete the online pen pal form.. your mom will approve after you submit the form. Then we add your pen pal details to our list of pals. When someone asks for someone your age, and that likes things you do, we send your info and they can write to you.

You will still get pen pal letters, only they write the first letter, not you... no biggie.

You will still find new pen pals!
