Hello, my 13yr old son would like to have a penpal. Does your service extend to England?

Wendy's reply: Of course, you can order a list of 13 yr old pals for him (from around the world) or you can add his own ad to our lists (with your parental approval) and we will send his ad to kids who order Kids Pen Pal lists!
