Joan from England

by Linda (Weese)
(Akron, Ohio)

I would love to reconnect with a gal named Joan who I was pen pals with in the mid-to-late 1960's.

I was around 10 years old, she was about the same, maybe a little older. I wish I could remember more, but her letters to me got thrown out during one of my moves.

I do remember her letters were on blue stationery.

I lived on 21st Street in Akron, Ohio at the time and she lived somewhere in England. That's really all I can tell you.

I hope it's enough to publish my request. If you aren't able to help me, maybe you can steer me to another resource. Thank you!

Wendy's Two Cents: Linda, Without a last name, Joan can't find this on Google (with all the Joan's in the world out there), but I will post it to see if "Joan in England" might be someone still active in the pen pal world!

Use the "contact Wendy" on the left navigation bar if you know this lost pal, and I will get you in contact with the writer of this page! Best Wishes!
