Inmate Pen Pal Ad

I was wondering if i am allowed to put an ad on this site for an inmate? He is an artist and draws some beautiful pictures. Let me know please. I didn't won't to try that without asking if i could do this. Thanks Ann

Wendy: Unfortunately, most pen pals just won't write to prisoners. There are plenty of prisoner sites on the web that do want their ads, but mine just doesn't work well with prisoners.

I don't publish them, just can't know that it's safe for the pen pal, so I don't use them.
