"Content is Important",
Even in Pen Pal Letters!

by Phoebe
(Alabama)

I like handwritten letters, especially if pen pals have nice handwriting, but I think it's entirely up to the writer to decide how to write it.

For me, content is more important. I'd rather receive a long, funny, interesting typed letter than a short, generic handwritten one.

I sometimes type mine, especially in winter, because your hands get really stiff and it's difficult to write neatly. If I do type it, I'll always decorate it with pictures etc.

Usually I'll hand write my letters. The first page my handwriting's tiny and neat, but at the end of the letter, it's really messy and all over the place!

Wendy's Two Cents: WOW.. Phoebe, you hit the nail on the head today! Content is always important... thanks for your input!
