Charles Franklin
Prosser, Washington

by Sharon R Ernst
(Rockport, Indiana, USA)

Charles Franklin and I were pen pals when I was named Sharon Probus, and went to high school in Cannelton, Indiana. We wrote to each other for years, and talked about visiting each other someday.

After graduation from high school, Charles joined the Navy, and he travelled around with them a lot. I am not sure where he went after the Navy.

As for me, after my own graduation from high school, lots of things changed. My parents divorced, I moved to Detroit and back a year later, got married, had babies, and led an extremely busy life. Over a period of time, there just didn't seem to be enough hours of the day.

I would love to talk to Charles again, and to know how his life went, and what kind of adventures he had with it. I would also love to share my life stories with him.

Charles, if you read this, drop me a line, and let me know you are still out there. You have been a wonderful part of my memories.

God's Blessings with you, wherever you are.
