A pen pal and friend...

Hi I'm Anna and I'll be working with Wendy to help with Kid/Teen Pals. I'm originally from the United States but moved to England when I married. My husband and son and I live in the southwest of England in a beautiful rural area.

I've been pen palling since I was 7 so I know the thrill a child gets when a letter arrives from a distant friend. I still have many pen pals, even some from my younger years. Correspondence has truly enriched my life.

Writing is a big part of my life, and I hope through Friendship-by-mail your child will have the same wonderful experiences I have had; getting to know all about the world and it's different cultures, forging friendships with other children from far away places, and seeing life through their eyes.
