Pen Pals United - PPUPen Pals United (PPU) was a semi-annual worldwide pen pal conference which is hosted by a pen pal gal! In the late 1980's, bringing pen pallers together from all over the world - was a dream of two friends, Rosie Tholl of IL and Mary Kugel of WI.
